Welcome to Winter Lake Estates!

 

Nested in the beautiful Meramec Valley, Winter Lake Estates is a 150+ home community located in Fenton, Missouri, with award winning schools, natural habitat, waterways and recreation at your fingertips and neighbors of all walks of life.  Young families, business professionals and semi-retired and full-time retirees, they're all here!  Whether you like a morning walk or an evening stroll, spending time fishing our pond or being a bit more active by running or biking, you'll be right at home here!  We are located on the shores of George Winter Lake as well at the Meramec River.  

 

Just outside the neighborhood is George Winter Park where you will find boat access, pavilions and the trail-head of the Meramec Greenway.  There are scenic river views and plenty of recreational green spaces to explore and enjoy along the way as you follow the river to Fenton Park, Riverside Golf Course and on to Unger Park.

Enjoy the feel of small town living with all the conveniences of a big city within a couple miles from home.  Gravois Bluffs is home to many restaurants, shops, department stores, grocery stores, movie theaters as well as several family-fun activity centers.  If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, simply head into St. Louis to catch a concert, a game for your favorite sports team or even a show at one of our many fine arts theaters.  Heading in the opposite direction will take you to Six Flags St. Louis, caves to explore and skiing or sledding at Hidden Valley Ski Resort.  Head west and you'll cross the Missouri River into Historic St. Charles where you can step back in time to the days of the early settlers and adventurers, seeking to settle the western frontier!
